4 Sets Bench Press with Bands for Power
4 Sets Bench Press to Failure
4 Sets Incline Bench Press (12-10-8-4 reps)
Finish with 4 Sets of Push-Ups to Failure

Then we turn it up with 30 minutes on the treadmill:
— 16 minutes at a steady pace
— 14 minutes alternating 1-min sprints with 1-min recovery
